BPM Profile
The German Federal Association of Human Resources Managers (in German: Bundesverband der Personalmanager - BPM) is a professional organisation composed of Human Resource Managers and HR Officers employed in companies, associations and organisations. The association works to define as well as promote its members' combined interests.
The members of BPM work in various professional sectors, HR functions, on all management levels, and come from organizations of various sizes. Membership into BPM is initiated by the individual.
The benefit of BPM's diverse member base is the ability to contribute to the HR profession through increased professionalism, knowledge, and internationalism.
